NovaCom is a software interface designed to allow employees to communicate with other users electronically. When an employee number is assigned, a NovaCom account is created for that employee.

The purpose of this website is to introduce users to the basic functions of NovaCom.  For more in depth instruction it is suggested that users register for a NovaCom Essentials workshop via Booking Central.  The NovaCom Essentials instruction manual  also includes more detailed instructions and can  be found in NovaCom>Employee Central >IT Essentials>NovaCom and First Class.
